TEAMwork

So the 5th grade at BCS went to a workshop at Blinn called "If I had a hammer". The class was divided up into four color indicated teams and were given there assignments one at a time. John was the only boy on the green team. So when Boss Hank told the TEAM to go get the green wall and set it on the foundation, John walked over, by himself, picked up the wall and carried it over to the foundation. Boss Hank was disappointed because the TEAM was suppose to carry the wall. So at explaining this - John picked the wall up carried it back to the original location and sat it down. When the 4 remaining girls grabbed the wall to carry it they bumped into stuff, dropped it twice and then put it in the wrong way. John walked over, picked up the wall and turned it the right way. :)

I was thinking that Blinn is a State run school and they practice what they expect. The State seems to want jobs that can be done by one compentent guy in a timely fashion by four people who are clueless and take three times longer to do the same job wrong.
