Luke 4:23

The season is upon us. The season of great illness. Alas, my house in not immune to it. Nicole had strep. I gave her antibiotics. She is fine. David, who has been wading through all the various strains of bacteria and viruses has surcumbed to one while in El Paso. He had an IV put in his arm and would sit and get some fluids, then go see a patient or two, then return to his IV bag. It is like him suturing/stapling up his leg in the front yard. Now you know why Luke 4:23. Since we play holiday songs for those seasons.... Here is my seasonal song selection:

Rockin Pneumonia - Johnny Rivers
You give me fever - Peggy Lee
Sick and Tired - Cross Canadian Ragweed
Hot Blooded - Foreigner
Bad case of loving you (doctor, doctor) - Robert Palmer
Bad Medicine - Bon Jovi
It's a Heartache - Bonnie Tyler
Witch Doctor - David Seville
Lime and the coconut - Harry Nilsson
I want a new drug - Huey Lewis and the News
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd
Give me some water - eddie Money
Dr. Feelgood - montly crew
Doctor my eyes - Jackson Browne
Splish splash - Bob Darin (we really need to have another girls night out)

I was wondering what happened to you. Didn't see you or hear from you today. Sorry that COCO is ill. Hope that you all start feeling better soon. Is David still coming home tonight? We will be praying for you all.
