Losing my mind... One day at a time

I use to be a somewhat sane person. (No debating on that allowed).

Then I got married and had kids.

I use to know where every item in my home was.

Now I just hope there is nothing squishy on the floor when I walk to the bathroom at night.

I use to sit quietly and ponder the universe and all its wonders

Now I wonder just where in the universe the quiet went.

I use to write poetry and sing songs.

Now I talk to myself and debate the TV.

I use to just go into my bathroom to do what I needed.

Now I have to perform covert ops to get there so I can be uninterrupted.

I use to eat meals and enjoy

Now I eat whatever everyone else left on their plate.

I use to go out with friends and talk.

Now I blog and update on facebook.

I use to be able to think clearly.

Now I am loing my mind, one day at a time.
